Role Overview

We're seeking a talented Marketing Manager with strong B2C SaaS experience to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will build our marketing function from the ground up, driving user acquisition and growth for our mental health platform. This pivotal role will shape our go-to-market strategy and establish our brand in the digital mental health space.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for our B2C mental health platform
• Build and optimize our freemium/subscription acquisition funnel across multiple channels
• Create compelling messaging that respects the sensitivities of mental health while driving user engagement
• Establish key metrics and analytics frameworks to measure marketing effectiveness
• Design and execute multi-channel campaigns across content, social, email, and paid acquisition
• Allocate and manage marketing budget to maximize ROI and optimize user acquisition costs
• Implement SEO strategy to increase organic visibility for mental health support searches
• Collaborate with product teams to translate technical features into meaningful user benefits
• Develop content strategy that positions us as thought leaders in mental health technology
• Plan and grow the marketing team as the company scales

Technical Requirements

• 3-5+ years of B2C SaaS marketing experience, preferably with subscription/freemium models
• Proven track record in growth marketing for digital products with measurable results
• Experience building marketing strategies and teams from early stages
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including content, social, SEO, and email
• Proficiency with marketing analytics and attribution modeling
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)

• Data-driven approach with experience in conversion optimization and user acquisition
• Exceptional communication skills with ability to craft sensitive messaging around mental health
• Creative problem-solver able to work within resource constraints
• Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can execute without extensive direction
• Strong collaboration skills in cross-functional environments
• Passion for mental health and improving access to care through technology

Nice to Have

• Experience marketing in healthcare, wellness, or mental health domains
• Background in product marketing for AI or technology products
• Experience with user research methodologies
• Knowledge of international marketing across European markets
• Understanding of healthcare regulations related to marketing
• Experience growing user bases for mobile applications
• Background in community building and engagement
